Easy steps to apply for financing

Medicard can pre-approve an approximate amount. This gives you the flexibility to choose your doctor, service provider, procedure, product to be purchased or date of procedure knowing that financing is already confirmed.

1. Submit your application online with confidence, call us at 1-888-689-9876, or you can fax your completed application to 1-888-689-9862.

  • Choose the amount you want to fund.
  • Choose to finance all, or part, of your process.
  • Select the term of your choice: 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 years.

2. Medicard will contact you by phone to follow up with you after processing your application.

  • Sign and return to Medicard the necessary documents along with a void check to Medicard.

3. Medicard will remit payment automatically to your physician or service provider.

  • Your monthly payment is debited electronically from your chequing account.
